Motion to Prevent Fantasy-Rules-Abuse

Whereas the phrasing of this motion leaves room for loopholes,

I move the Main Motion be amended as follows, by adding following to the end of the motion: Additionally, no regulation may personally refer to an Iudex by name; nor can any regulation create a situation where the addition of one more line to the chant could potentially reduce the number of possible lines in half simply by adding a line to the chant.
