Whereas an Iudex either may not care or may not vote on a paritcular motion, and

Whereas party leaders should have some authoirty there may be, therefor

It is resolved by The Iudices Assembled that, provided the motion "Motion to Declare Party Affiliation" is adopted, that any Iudex who does not vote on a motion, after 24 hours of debate closing on the motion, shall have eir vote cast the same as the leader of eir party. If an Iduex is either a party leader, has "No Political Affiliation" or eir party leader did not cast a vote, then eir vote on the motion will remain null.
