Whereas subsidiary motions are meant as a tool for debate, and

Whereas it is inappropriate to change a motion after it has completed its debate,

It is resolved by The Iudices Assembled

That no Subsidiary Motion may be proposed at such a time as its Main Motion is not currently open for debate.
