• Any Shuttle may join Keep Jupiter Tidy at any time.
• A Shuttle in Keep Jupiter Tidy may cause another Shuttle in that Hivemind to act, if that second Shuttle has not made a blog post or blog comment in the previous 4 days.
• If Keep Jupiter Tidy is awarded victory, all of its members achieve victory.
