Motion to Avoid Idleing of Active Iudices

Whereas the current Rules of Order make possible that an Iudex never posts a entry or comment to the Main Page, yet remaining active, therefore

It is resolved by The Iudices Assembled that that when considering, for purposes of Idleing, the time elapsed since the last entry or comment made by an Iudex, the Admins shall consider as entries all valid timestamped entries made by such Iudex in the Motions Page.
