Motion to allow Cloture of Discussion on Motions

Whereas it may in some occasions be desirable that a Motion remain open less than 24 hours; and

Whereas the ability to bring such an event into fruition would best lay with the majority of Iudices; therefore

It is resolved by The Iudices Assembled that a special subsidiary motion known as a "Motion of Cloture" shall be allowed. A "Motion of Cloture" may not be discussed, and shall be voted upon immediately after its Seconding, as if its Debate had just been Closed. If a quorum of ayes is reached in a Motion of Closure, debate of its Main Motion shall be immediately closed and voting upon it immediately commence, unless there are other Subsidiary Motions to that Main Motion, in which case Debate is Closed on all those Subsidiary Motions and all of them are voted upon until resolution and then the debate of the Main Motion shall be immediately closed and voting upon it immediately commence. No other Subsidiary Motion may be made to a Main Motion where there is an unresolved Motion of Closure."
