The humans who play the Blognomic give them value (i.e. the rules have no intrinsic value). I mean value in the sense of being able to cause anything meaningful. Nomic is like "software" that "runs" on the minds and actions of the human players, not in ideal mathematical space. Because of this, there are several issues which arise.

Secret Requirements that a dynasty victor needs to actually win

A player can be (legally) the victor of a Dynasty, but due to the nature of DoV and the "Nomic Software" phenomenon, different situations can arise:

  1. The player needs to become aware of that they can opt to become the victor. If they simply don't know what the gamestate allows them to win, they can't make a DoV in the first place.
  2. The player needs to be motivated to make the DoV. If they know that they can become a victor but simply aren't motivated to post the DoV, they can't win.
  3. An action is illegal if a CfJ challenging it would pass, or if most players believe it to be illegal.
