Ascension Address

A lone flask sits bubbling, but something pans out, leaving a wrecked lab, up through a hole in a crashed ship, past an assortment of odd creatures, now through the layers of clouds and gas swaddling a lone planet, further out, past a giant flare, zooming further out until its view is of a large milky spiral. And now it tips downward, and alights on the eyes of a stargazer staring at the field of lights. Suddenly the view is obscured by a great beast swooping down from the sky, and the viewer runs to shelter as sounds of marching boots emanate from the near castle. A barrage of arrows emerge from various points on the ground, and the creature turns and flees, projectiles trailing behind it, roaring all the time. Several figures in rusting chainmail breathe sighs of relief, and head back to inform their ailing lord of the news.

• Questing Quest created the Questing Beast
• No Coconut Gags, Please added Steeds
• Approaching Lady of the Lake - the brave Knights attacked and killed the Lady of the Lake
• Assault: Gryphon Flypast - nothing happened
• Insult to Injury - the Knights met some Orcs and were stalked by the Questing Beast
• Assault: Gryphon Visit - the Gryphon was scared off
• Approaching Questing Beast - the Knights slew the Questing Beast
• Setting the Standard allowed the Standard-bearer to control DEF votes, since the dynasty's Baron was inactive
• Assault: Zippogriff - the Gryphon failed to steal a crossbow
• Armour Repair caused Beast's Behaviours to trigger when attacking
• The Invisible Gauntlet allowed the market price of items to be changed according to demand
• Skirmish: Giant Spiders - three Knights defeated some Giant Spiders
• Assault: Dragon Toll - the Dragon stole Gold from the Gryphon
• Approaching Gryphon - the Knights slew the Gryphon, retrieving the Baron's Standard from its nest
• ‘Tis But a Scratch introduced the Green Knight
• Assault: Minor Tour - the Dragon raided the Minotaur
• Assault: Sir Dragon and the Green Knight - the Dragon attacked the Green Knight, who swore revenge
• Assault: The Ash-Coloured Knight - the Dragon attacked the Green Knight once more
• Approaching Minotaur - the Knights slew the Minotaur, helped out by the Dragon attacking it twice during the approach
• Revival Tour introduced the Necromancer
• Assault: the mighty minotaur - the Dragon attacked Minotaur (this happening before the earlier Approach had ended)
• Skirmish Goblins - there was a skirmish with some Goblins
• Approaching the Green Knight - the Green Knight was slain
• Assault: the mighty Minotaur once more - the Dragon attacked the Minotaur again
• Assault: A Bull, Bullying us out of our Bullion - Harpies raided the treasury
• Approaching Dragon - the Knights finally approach and slay the Dragon

Core amendments

• DoV Fail fixed a quorum bug in how DoV failure affects future DoVs
• It Dices, It Slices required all "random" selections to be made using GNDT die rolls

Purplebeard had the most Gold when the Knights had defeated all of the Beasts.
