Dynastic proposals
- Break Room renamed the Employee synonym to Player, after the Board Historian incorrectly believed they couldn’t do it with the AA
- Grid Locked defined a grid which could hold arbitrary strings in cells
- @ to %3, Checkmate let players choose a Symbol from a restricted list of Unicode characters
- Collabs disabled No Collaborations, due to general unpopularity
- Back to Basics defined the rules of Tic-Tac-Toe, but not how to start a game of one
- Draught Bored established a simple score-keeping system, initially called Points
- Let's Tic-Tac-Go and Triple Threat amounted to an omnibus allowing for multiplayer games of something resembling tic-tac-toe on an NxN grid, though there was still no mechanism to actually start such a game
- Tic Tac Town, voted through over the Board Historian's objection, contained the seeds of a classic Josh scam, allowing for players to perform a defined action "without any further preconditions" in a Building that was established on the game board by spending 1 Deed (renamed from Point)
- Rounders (1998) finally kicked off the first official round of tic-tac-toe
- Tic Tac Triumph provided the final piece for the victory scam, by defining an atomic action which included "achieve victory in the second Dynasty of Jumble" as a step, performable only under certain conditions--which could be ignored via Building
Non-Dynastic proposals
- Malign Intimations disallowed the Malign Emperors + No Collaboration special case rules combo
Ascension
As Brendan was the only player who had won a round of the game and thus secured a single Deed, he was the only player who could make use of the Building mechanic. Once the victory mechanic in "Tic Tac Triumph" was passed by a minority of voters during a sleepy period of gameplay, he was able to spend it to create a Building, define its associated action as the atomic action that ended with achieving victory, occupy it, take the action (ignoring the "further precondition" to have obtained 10 Deeds), and make a DoV.
... Except that through a blunder on Brendan's part, the wiki edit containing all those updates bounced off a simultaneous edit by another player, and thus was not effectively made until after the DoV was posted, rendering the series of actions illegal by way of having been performed during Hiatus. After a flurry of discussion on Discord, the appeal to players made in the Disorder of Operations CfJ was successful, and made the actions legal retroactively. The DoV then passed with the Board Historian's vote in favor. After Brendan rolled DICE100 for a victory split with undisclosed odds, he passed the mantle to Josh.
